Strawberry Freezer Jam

- 2 cups crushed strawberries
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup pectin (1pkg)
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- Crush strawberries
- Add lemon juice & sugar. Mix well. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Whisk pectin into water in saucepan. Bring to full boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add pectin to strawberries. Stir 3 minutes.
- Put into clean jars.
- Let stand 24 hours (on counter).
- Freeze jars.
