Spring Roll Peanut Sauce
Peanut sauce for asian dishes – particularly dipping sauce for fresh spring rolls!
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed or grated
- 1 t fresh ginger, grated
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 t toasted sesame oil
- honey or maple syrup (up to 2 T)
- 2T – 1/2 cup water
- optional chili crisp, flakes, sambal, or another hot pepper element
Instructions
Whisk everything together, adding water as necessary to make a creamy but dip-able sauce
