Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 package wonton wraps
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 12 oz (12-16 oz) sour cream
  • 1 package dry ranch mix
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  • chopped onions
  • green/red pepper
  • green olives

Instructions

  1. Spray cooking spray in cupcake tins.
  2. Lay individual wonton wraps over tin & press down in cups.
  3. Bake at 350º F / 176°C, 7 mins, or until lightly browned.
  4. Mix sour cream, ranch mix & veggies.
  5. Add cheese & fried sausage.
  6. Place cooked wontons on cookie sheet. Fill with sausage mixture.
  7. Bake @ 350º F / 176° C for approx. 20 mins
  8. Done when cheese melts & is bubbling.
