Ingredients: ½ cup olive oil; ⅓ cup red wine vinegar; 3-4 tbsp lemon juice (juice of 1-2 lemons); 3 garlic cloves, minced; 1 shallot, minced; 2 tsp honey; 2 tsp dijon mustard; 1 tsp dried oregano; 1 tsp dried basil; 1 tbsp coarse salt; 1 ½ tsp freshly ground pepper; ½ tsp red pepper flakes

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
3–4 tbsp lemon juice (juice of 1–2 lemons)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 shallot, minced
2 tsp honey
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp coarse salt
1 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Put all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
This makes enough for 1kg of pasta plus veggies.
