Mexican Chicken Marinade

- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup limes juice (approx. juice of 2, zest of 1)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 t. dried parsley)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together
- Add marinade and chicken glass container and cover.
- Refrigerate 3 hrs to overnight.
- Cook chicken with some marinade. Slice for fajitas, tacos, burritos, etc.
