Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 11 oz undrained can mandarin oranges

Topping

  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 20 oz undrained, crushed pineapple
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

Cake

  1. Beat all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 350ยบ F, 30-50 minutes

Topping

  1. Combine pineapple & pudding, then fold in cool whip.
  2. Scoop on top of cake

Notes

Haven’t made this in Europe… ingredients don’t really translate.
