A lemon-gin take on a classic aperol spritz! Careful…it’s super boozy.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1.5 oz aperol
  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • splash of cointreau
  • 4 oz bubbles

Instructions

  1. Mix the first four ingredients over ice.
  2. Add your bubble of choice!
  3. Enjoy!
