Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 pkgs cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar**???
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450º F.
  2. Grease 9×13″ pan.
  3. Mix cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually beat in sugar.
  5. Add eggs 1 at a time.
  6. Beat in sour cream.
  7. Continue until well blended, put in pan.
  8. Place pan in larger pan – pour hot water in larger pan, up to 1/2″ around glass pan.
  9. Bake 35 minutes until center is set.

I’ve never made this. Was Grandma Peckous’ recipe.
