Instructions
In a large pitcher or bowl, combine water and sugar.
In a seperate bowl zest from 1 orange and 1 lemon
Add the juice from all the citrus with the zest.
Strain the citrus through a mesh sieve to catch seeds, pulp, and zest.
Combine the strained citrus with the water and stir well
Fizzy Varriant
Halve the amount of water
After the final step, add in half a liter of mineral water with gas – like San Pellegrino
