Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 liter of Water
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 4 Lemons
  • 1 Oranges

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or bowl, combine water and sugar.
  2. In a seperate bowl zest from 1 orange and 1 lemon
  3. Add the juice from all the citrus with the zest.
  4. Strain the citrus through a mesh sieve to catch seeds, pulp, and zest.
  5. Combine the strained citrus with the water and stir well

Fizzy Varriant

  • Halve the amount of water
  • After the final step, add in half a liter of mineral water with gas – like San Pellegrino
