- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled, diced (2-3)
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, each cut in half
- 1 cup salted cashews or pecans
- 1 Gala apple, finely diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 stalks celery
- 1/2 cup mayo (1/2-1c)
- 1 lime (1-2T)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional (to taste) garlic salt, paprika, hot pepper powder, ground mustard
Instructions
- Boil or sautée Chicken.
- Cut in cubes.
- Mix everything together.
- Chill or just eat.
