Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups white rice
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • bone-in chicken pieces
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine first group of ingredients & spread in a 9×13 pan.
  2. Place chicken over rice mixture.
  3. Sprinkle soup mix over all.
  4. Cover tightly with foil.
  5. Bake at 375°F / 190°C, 2+ hours.

Notes

Haven’t made this in Europe yet. Need to make the cream-of soups.
