Main Ingredients
- ground beef – browned with soy sauce or just s & p
- carrot (sauté or fresh)
- Cucumber (thin strips, scrub with salt or sauté, remove seeds = get rid of moisture)
- Zucchini (see cucumber instructions)
- Green/Red bell peppers (fresh)
- Bean sprouts
- celery
- rice
- fried egg (optional)
Red Pepper Paste
- 3 tbsp Korean Red Pepper Paste
- 1 1/5 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (white)
- * sugar, sesame oil & salt are changeable after tasting
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with soy sauce or salt & pepper.
- Cook rice.
- Cut veggies in very thin strips, 2-3″ long.
- Mix sauce ingredients well.
- Put rice in bowl. Add beef & veggies in groups.
- Add fried egg.
- Add red pepper paste sauce on top.
- Mix together. Enjoy!
