Ingredients

Cake

  • 200 g dark baking chocolate
  • 7 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp flour

Frosting

  • 100 g dark baking chocolate
  • 45 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

Cake

  1. Melt chocolate & butter on low heat
  2. Stir in sugar.
  3. Whip in eggs.
  4. Stir in flour.
  5. Butter glass baking pan (9×13″) – pour in.
  6. Bake at 190° C / 375º F, 22 mins.

Frosting

  1. Melt all on low heat
  2. Drizzle on cake when cooled.
