- 1 t vanilla
- 2 t fresh lemon juice
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/4 t salt

- 94 g flour
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 113 g cold butter, cubed
- 85 g (1 c) old fashioned oats
