Ingredients

1 cup carrots
1 cup green beans
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup thinly sliced cauliflower
1/2 cup green onion
1 cup water
2 tsp chicken stock base
2 tsp corn starch
1 pinch garlic powder
1/2 cup almonds

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Cook & stir carrots & beans w/oil in skillet over medium heat, 2 minutes.
Add cauliflower & onion; cook 1 minute longer
Add mix of water, chicken stock base, cornstarch & garlic powder. Cook & stir until thickened.
Add almonds. Cook another minute. Veggies should be crisp-tender.

*Keto if you omit the corn starch
