Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup thinly sliced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp chicken stock base
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup almonds

Instructions

  1. Cook & stir carrots & beans w/oil in skillet over medium heat, 2 minutes.
  2. Add cauliflower & onion; cook 1 minute longer
  3. Add mix of water, chicken stock base, cornstarch & garlic powder. Cook & stir until thickened.
  4. Add almonds. Cook another minute. Veggies should be crisp-tender.

Notes

**Recipe may be doubled ONLY.

*Keto if you omit the corn starch
