Garlic Grilled Steaks

- 5 garlic cloves
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 New York Strip or Rib Eye Steaks (8oz and 1 1/4″ thick)
Instructions
- In small bowl, mash garlic and salt to form a paste. Add oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; mix well.
- Grill steaks over medium-hot coals or heat, turning once and brushing the garlic mixture during the last few minutes of cooking.
