Rhubarb Sauce
Great sauce to put over ice cream or a small bowl with some cream on top.

- 1 1/2 lbs (4c?) rhubarb, chopped
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Boil first 3 ingredients until mushy.
- Add sugar – stir until sugar dissolves (taste – you may need more sugar)
- It will be a bit runny, but will set up.
Notes
This freezes pretty well.
