A twist on a classic Manhattan – using French Cognac instead of Whiskey.

  • Author: Jordan Prins
  • Yield: 1 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 70 ml cognac
  • 40 ml red vermouth (or less)
  • 10 ml cointreau or grand marnier
  • 2 dashes of bitters

Instructions

  1. Pour all into a cocktail glass and stir. Enjoy!

Notes

I like mine a little more cognac-forward. The recipe it was based on was 45ml cognac, 45 vermouth.

Ratios: 7 Cognac, 4 Vermouth, 1 Cointreau, Splash bitters
