Almond Vegetables Mandarin

- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp chicken stock base
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1/2 cup almonds
Instructions
- Cook & stir carrots & beans w/oil in skillet over medium heat, 2 minutes.
- Add cauliflower & onion; cook 1 minute longer
- Add mix of water, chicken stock base, cornstarch & garlic powder. Cook & stir until thickened.
- Add almonds. Cook another minute. Veggies should be crisp-tender.

**Recipe may be doubled ONLY.
*Keto if you omit the corn starch
